BS13's Pollinator Trail

Increasing wildlife and biodiversity in BS13
This year, funded by the West of England Combined Authority, we have been creating a 1.8 mile pollinator habitat trail between our Climate Action Hub and Hartcliffe City Farm.
Â
Insects and small mammals (pollinators) play an essential role in our ecosystem and are increasingly threatened, with 41% of all UKÂ pollinator species currently in decline. Our trail will increase the natural habitats necessary for these species to thrive.
Â
There will be lots to get involved with throughout 2023, including workshops and planting, helping to create new homes for pollinators, a lantern parade, more junk sculpting and we’ll even have a trail map and learning app for all you keen wildlife spotters!
